Professional Home Stager Seminar
Our three-day SDP certified seminar will teach you the tips and techniques that Professional Home Stagers use to market the best features of a house!
If you have a knack for making homes look their best and want to be part of the emerging real estate staging industry, this class is for you! This three-day seminar will teach you the secrets and strategies unique to real estate staging, as well as an intro to how to start and market your business. You’ll have the opportunity to practice what you learn in the classroom as you stage and consult a typical room with Denise on two interactive field trips!
Tuition Includes:

- SDP certification exam ($100) and upgrade to Certified Stager membership status ($50) for SDP Members

Location: 2009 Classes are scheduled in Greenville, NC and Prattville, AL
Tuition: The 3-day Professional Home Stager Seminar is $1,800
A minimum deposit of $500 is required to ensure your space in class. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to the beginning of class. Travel & Hotel accommodations are not included.
